These cookies are essential for the operation of the SyncHQ Pro platform. They enable core functionality such as user authentication, session management, security, and cookie consent preferences. Without these cookies, the platform cannot function properly. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies.

2.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform by collecting and reporting information. We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights as our analytics provider. The data collected is used to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve the user experience. Analytics data is processed and stored in Microsoft Azure data centers.

2.3 Preference Cookies
These cookies remember your settings and preferences to provide a more personalized experience. They store information such as your chosen theme, sidebar state, and language preference, so you do not have to reconfigure these settings each time you visit.

2.4 Marketing Cookies
Currently, we do not use marketing or advertising cookies. SyncHQ Pro does not serve third-party advertisements and does not track users for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising. If this changes in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and seek your consent before deploying any marketing cookies.
3. Local Storage and Session Storage
In addition to traditional cookies, SyncHQ Pro uses browser local storage and session storage to store non-sensitive data on your device. These mechanisms serve similar purposes to cookies but can store larger amounts of data and have different expiration behaviors. Local storage data persists until explicitly cleared by the application or the user. Session storage data is cleared when the browser tab is closed. Authentication tokens are never stored in local storage — all authentication is handled via secure httpOnly cookies (see Section 2.1).

4. Third-Party Cookies
Some features of SyncHQ Pro rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control these cookies. The third-party services we integrate with, and the cookies they may set, are listed below.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit SyncHQ Pro, a cookie consent banner is displayed that allows you to manage your preferences. The banner offers three options:
- Accept All: Enables all categories of cookies, including analytics and preference cookies.
- Necessary Only: Limits cookies to only those strictly necessary for the platform to function (authentication, session management, and consent storage). Analytics and preference cookies will not be set.
- Customize: Opens a detailed preferences panel where you can individually enable or disable each category of non-essential cookies (analytics and preferences).
Your consent preferences are stored in the synchqpro_cookie_consent cookie for one year. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.
Browser Controls
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete cookies individually or all at once
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific websites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser

Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may impact your experience on the SyncHQ Pro platform and limit certain functionality. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the consent banner, as they are required for the platform to operate.
6. Do Not Track
Some web browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. At this time, there is no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. Accordingly, SyncHQ Pro does not currently respond to browser DNT signals. However, we provide you with the ability to manage your cookie preferences through our consent banner and the browser controls described above.
We will continue to monitor developments in DNT standards and may update this policy if an industry-standard approach is established.
7. Compliance with Indian Law
DECISYN is incorporated in India, and SyncHQ Pro is primarily operated from India. Our use of cookies and similar technologies complies with the following Indian legislation:
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act): We comply with the provisions of the IT Act relating to the protection of electronic data and reasonable security practices for handling sensitive personal data.
- Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (IT Rules): We adhere to the requirements for obtaining consent before collecting sensitive personal data, providing a clear privacy and cookie policy, and implementing reasonable security practices as prescribed under these Rules.
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA): We comply with the DPDPA's requirements for lawful processing of personal data, including obtaining informed consent prior to setting non-essential cookies, providing clear notice about data collection and purpose, enabling users to withdraw consent at any time, and ensuring data is processed only for the stated purpose.
If you are located outside India, please note that the data collected through cookies may be transferred to and processed in India. By using SyncHQ Pro and accepting cookies through the consent banner, you consent to such transfer and processing.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" and version number at the top of this page
- Display a notification on the platform informing you of the update
- Reset your cookie consent preferences so you can review and accept the updated terms
