Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods are supported?

SyncHQ Pro supports Stripe (credit/debit cards, ACH) for international payments and Razorpay (UPI, net banking, wallets) for Indian payments. Configure your preferred gateway in Settings > Payments.

How does GST invoicing work?

Enable GST in Settings > Company. Enter your GSTIN and state code. The system auto-calculates CGST/SGST for intrastate or IGST for interstate transactions. You can add HSN/SAC codes to line items for compliance.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Each invoice includes a secure payment link for either Stripe or Razorpay. Customers click the link, choose their payment method, and you get notified instantly when payment is received.

Can I generate PDF invoices?

Yes. SyncHQ Pro generates professional PDF invoices using jsPDF. They include your line items, taxes, totals, branding, and can be emailed or sent via WhatsApp directly to customers.
