No. Manual call logging works without any integration. If you connect Twilio, calls are automatically logged with duration and recording links. Teams calls can also sync via Microsoft 365.

How does customer auto-lookup work?

When you log a call, enter the phone number and SyncHQ Pro automatically searches your customer database for a match. The customer is linked to the call record and it appears in their Timeline 360.

Can I see call analytics?
