Can I track technician skills?
Yes. Add skills and certifications to staff profiles. When scheduling, you can see which technicians have the skills required for specific job types.
How does the idle auto-logout work?
The system monitors mouse, keyboard, scroll, and touch events. After 30 minutes of inactivity, a 2-minute warning appears. If the user does not respond, they are automatically logged out for security.
Can I see who did what?
Yes. The audit log tracks every significant action — who created, updated, or deleted records, when, and what changed. Available in Settings > Audit Log.
