Unified Notifications
Never miss a customer. Messages auto-route through WhatsApp, SMS, or email — whatever works.
Send job updates, appointment reminders, and invoice notifications through the channel your customer prefers. SyncHQ Pro automatically falls back to the next available channel if the first is unreachable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need separate accounts for WhatsApp, SMS, and email?
SyncHQ Pro includes SMS and email out of the box. WhatsApp requires a Meta Business account, which you configure in Settings. All three channels are managed from one place.
Can customers choose how they want to be notified?
Yes. Each customer record has a preferred notification channel. SyncHQ Pro respects that preference and uses fallback channels only when the preferred one is unavailable.
