Incorporated as a trading company in India. Spent nearly a decade running the day-to-day reality of a service-and-supply business — quoting customers, managing inventory, chasing GST returns, reconciling vendor bills, and stitching together half a dozen tools that never quite talked to each other.
Started building the platform we wished existed when we were the ones running the business. Year-long research phase: ~200 interviews with service-business operators across HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, IT services, trading, and consulting. Core thesis: one connected data model + an AI that reads across all of it beats five disconnected tools and a dashboard.
CRM, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, inventory, and procurement shipped to internal pilots. SyncHQ Copilot launched in beta — natural-language queries across every module. Multi-currency, GST, VAT, and 6 languages added so the platform works from day one in India, the US, the UK, the UAE, and elsewhere.
The trading company became a technology company. Pavidha Traders Pvt Ltd was renamed Pavidha Technologies Pvt Ltd to reflect the new focus. DECISYN™ was established as the product brand. SyncHQ Pro entered private beta, then opened the Early Adopter program with a 30-day free trial, 20% off setup, and a direct line to the founding team.
